Griffin Digital acknowledges your right to access your personal information. However, we have no direct relationship with your customers or end users whose personal data we process. Individuals seeking to access, correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their requests to AC PM’s client (the data controller). If asked to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. In some cases, we may be legally required to retain personal information or may need to keep it to continue providing a service.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to object to or request the restriction of certain processing activities.
