This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.vladtheemailer.com, its subdomains, and the VladTheEmailer applications and services (including DMARC processing, web applications, APIs, etc., collectively referred to as “the services”). These are owned and operated by Griffin Digital Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England, UK (company number 07781589). 

In this policy, “we,” “Griffin Digital,” and “service provider” refer to Griffin Digital Solutions Ltd. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, share, and secure personal information provided by you and the information of our customers’ customers or end users that we process on their behalf. It also covers your rights regarding the use, access, correction, and deletion of your personal information.

Without this information, we cannot provide the Services to you.

  • Content of Emails Sent Through Postmark

We do not combine Google Analytics data with personally identifiable information.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

    We also process and share information in an aggregated, de-identified form, where it is used in statistical reports and does not contain personal information.

Griffin Digital ensures that all source code, files, and data remain private and confidential. Due to the sensitive nature of source code, we prioritise its protection for all customers. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may face discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they violate these obligations. 5. Rights with Respect to Your Information

Upon request, Griffin Digital will inform you whether we hold any of your personal information. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe. In some cases, we may be legally required to retain your personal information or may need to keep it to continue providing a service.

Griffin Digital acknowledges your right to access your personal information. However, we have no direct relationship with your customers or end users whose personal data we process. Individuals seeking to access, correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct their requests to AC PM’s client (the data controller). If asked to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. In some cases, we may be legally required to retain personal information or may need to keep it to continue providing a service.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to object to or request the restriction of certain processing activities. 6. Your Choices with Respect to the Information

Even if you delete your account, please note that deletion by third-party providers may not be immediate, and the deleted information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time. Archived data such as sent emails will be kept for a reasonable period of time as well.

8. Service Audience

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not collect or sell to children. The minimum age to use our service is 18. If you are under 18, please do not use our services.

9. Data residence and International Data Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred, stored, and processed by us, our affiliates, and other third parties outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Data protection and privacy regulations in these countries may not be as stringent as those in other parts of the world. By using our Sites, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing.

9.1 If You’re Based in the EEA or the UK
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), your personal information may be processed outside these regions in countries not deemed adequate by relevant authorities. We will ensure that the recipient of your data provides adequate protection, such as through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
